Our Mission

Find ALL potential Youth Leaders and help them become well-rounded individuals.

Show youth who have mastered the administrative aspect of day-to-day operations, the true message of the YABA and the Youth Leader Program.

Have Youth Leaders enjoy the work they accomplish.

While attaining these goals, a program should teach the youth, with spirit and the love of the sport, to channel their energies in becoming established and productive Youth Leaders.
